Wheeler Real Estate Investment Trust, Inc. reported the resignation of Chief Financial Officer Kerry Campbell, effective March 14, 2026. Patrick Gundlach has been appointed as the new Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer, effective the same day. Gundlach has been with the company since 2018 and is a certified public accountant. Additionally, Rebecca Musser has been designated as Chair of the Audit Committee. These changes are expected to have a small positive effect on the company's stock price.
