On March 14, 2026, Verde Resources, Inc. announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Verde Renewables Inc., has entered into a significant Supply Agreement with Biochar Solutions LLC (BSL). This agreement marks a strategic partnership aimed at enhancing Verde's product offerings in the asphalt and road construction sectors through the incorporation of engineered biochar. Under the terms of the agreement, BSL will serve as Verde's exclusive supplier of biochar for these applications in the United States. The initial supply commitment is set at up to 38,500 U.S. tons of biochar annually, with a guarantee that at least 50% of this supply will qualify for carbon removal credit generation. This collaboration not only aims to bolster Verde's product portfolio but also includes a revenue-sharing model for carbon credits generated from the use of BSL's biochar in Verde's products. The agreement is structured to last for an initial period of 18 months, with provisions for a subsequent five-year agreement contingent upon mutual agreement. This partnership is expected to enhance Verde's operational execution and strategic outlook, positioning the company favorably within the growing market for sustainable construction materials.
