TransAct Technologies Incorporated has entered into Amendment No. 6 to its Lease Agreement with Bomax Holdings LLC, extending the lease for its primary operating facility located at 20 Bomax Drive, Ithaca, New York. The lease, originally set to expire on May 31, 2026, has been extended for an additional five years and six months, now running until September 30, 2031. The monthly base rent for the first two years of the extended term will be fixed at $40,022.13, with annual increases thereafter, reaching a maximum of $43,347.04 during the final six months of the extended term. This amendment reflects the company's commitment to maintaining its operational base and is expected to provide stability in its operational execution and strategic outlook.
