The lease, originally set to expire on May 31, 2026, has been extended for an additional five years and six months, now running until September 30, 2031. The monthly base rent for the first two years of the extended term will be fixed at $40,022.13, with annual increases thereafter, reaching a maximum of $43,347.04 during the final six months of the extended term.
