The Microbial Building Lease, effective March 13, 2026, involves an eight-year lease for an 8,024 square foot facility at a total cost of approximately $5.34 million. Additionally, the Mammalian Building Lease, effective January 1, 2026, covers a 20,144 square foot facility with a total cost of about $6.29 million.
