The acquisition, which took place on March 16, 2026, is valued at $1.5 million in cash, along with an equity stake of 19.99% in Super League's common stock. This strategic move is expected to enhance Super League's revenue base and diversify its monetization channels, accelerating its path to achieving positive Adjusted EBITDA. The deal also includes provisions for additional cash and equity consideration based on revenue milestones achieved through the acquired assets over the next 24 months. The Misfits Ads Division has a proven track record, having executed over 150 brand partnership programs across popular gaming platforms. Following the completion of the transaction, a member of the Misfits Board of Directors will join Super League's Board, further integrating the two companies.
