This new location will serve as the company's corporate headquarters, with plans to occupy the space starting April 1, 2027. The lease term is set for 156 months, with options to extend for two additional terms of 60 months each. The base rent for the first 24 months totals approximately $9.5 million, with an annual escalation of about 3% thereafter. The landlord will provide allowances for the initial buildout and power upgrades, which are reflected in the base rent. This strategic move is expected to enhance SiTime's operational capabilities and support its growth trajectory.
