On April 1, 2026, SharonAI Holdings Inc. announced a significant expansion of its AI Cloud services business through a newly signed five-year agreement with ESDS Software Solutions Limited. The contract, valued at approximately $1.25 billion, involves the deployment of a high-performance managed GPU compute and cloud infrastructure. This infrastructure will consist of around 8,200 NVIDIA B300 GPUs and approximately 17.80 petabytes of VAST storage, to be operational by September 16, 2026, at a data center in Australia. The agreement includes an option for the customer to extend the contract for an additional two years. The initial term of the service order is set for 60 months, with a total contract value that underscores the growing demand for AI cloud services. The customer is required to provide security in the form of letters of credit or bank guarantees amounting to $140 million. This deal is expected to enhance SharonAI's operational execution and strategic outlook, positioning the company favorably in the competitive AI cloud market.
