Rush Enterprises, Inc. (NASDAQ: RUSHA and RUSHB) announced the appointment of Jody Pollard as Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective immediately. Pollard, who has been with the company since 1999, previously served as Senior Vice President of Truck and Aftermarket Sales. His promotion comes after the departure of Jason Wilder, who held the COO position since November 2024. Wilder's decision to leave was influenced by the demands of commuting from Atlanta to Texas. The Board of Directors expressed gratitude for Wilder's contributions during a challenging period for the company. Pollard's extensive experience in various roles within the company positions him well to lead operations moving forward. The Compensation and Human Capital Committee will review Pollard's compensation arrangements in light of his new responsibilities. This leadership change is expected to enhance operational execution and strategic direction for Rush Enterprises as it continues to navigate the commercial vehicle industry.
