Pollard, who has been with the company since 1999, previously served as Senior Vice President of Truck and Aftermarket Sales. His promotion comes after the departure of Jason Wilder, who held the COO position since November 2024. Wilder's decision to leave was influenced by the demands of commuting from Atlanta to Texas.
