On March 13, 2026, Nomadar Corp. (the "Company") announced that its Board of Directors and Audit Committee ratified an Assignment Agreement of Naming Rights (the "Agreement") with JP Financial 2024, S.L. (the "Sponsor") and Cádiz Club de Fútbol, S.A.D. ("Cádiz"). This Agreement grants JP Financial the exclusive commercial naming rights to the future venue, which will be known as "JP Financial Arena Bahía de Cádiz". The venue is part of the Company's urban and business development project, "Sportech City Cádiz". The Agreement has an initial term of five years, commencing on March 3, 2026, with an annual payment of €500,000 (approximately $576,000) to be made by the Sponsor. The first year's payment has already been received. The naming rights include various promotional and advertising opportunities linked to the venue's development. The Agreement also contains provisions for termination by the Sponsor if sufficient progress is not made on the project within three years. This strategic partnership is expected to enhance the Company's visibility and brand recognition in the region, contributing positively to its operational execution and strategic outlook.
