Mannatech, Incorporated has announced that it will not be renewing the employment agreement of its Chief Financial Officer, James Clavijo, which is set to expire on June 30, 2026. This decision was made following a mutual agreement between Clavijo and the company on March 19, 2026. Clavijo will receive his base salary for three months after the expiration of his contract. To ensure a smooth transition, the Board of Directors has appointed Yasir Haider, the current Controller of the company, as the Interim CFO effective March 20, 2026. Haider has been with Mannatech since January 2025 and has extensive experience in finance leadership roles, including responsibilities for global financial operations and SEC reporting. This leadership change may impact the company's financial strategy and operational execution in the near term, as the company adjusts to new leadership in its financial department.
