The company reported a significant revenue increase of 36% in the fourth quarter, reaching $3.1 million, compared to $2.2 million in the same period last year. For the full year, revenue rose 15% to $11.4 million, driven primarily by strong sales of the Freedom Alert Mini units and the upgraded Guardian Alert 911 Plus. Gross margins also improved, with the fourth quarter gross margin increasing to 69.8%, up from 66.3% in the prior year. LogicMark ended the year with a healthy balance sheet, reporting $9.5 million in cash and no long-term debt.
