Mr. Kite's annual base salary is set at $1,030,000, while Mr. McGowan and Mr. Fear will each receive $620,000. The new agreements include provisions for severance in the event of termination without cause or resignation for good reason, which could result in significant financial compensation for the executives. Additionally, the Board of Trustees will be reduced from 11 to 10 members following the decision of Bonnie S. Biumi not to seek reelection at the 2026 annual meeting. This move aligns with the Board's strategy to streamline its governance structure over time.
