Innovative Solutions and Support, Inc. (ISSC) has announced the successful completion of two significant asset purchase agreements with Honeywell International Inc. on March 27 and March 28, 2026. The transactions, valued at a total of $30 million, involve the acquisition of critical assets related to Honeywell's general aviation autopilots, navigation/communication radios, and power generator systems. The first agreement, known as the Autopilot Asset Purchase and License Agreement, allows ISSC to acquire exclusive and non-exclusive licenses to utilize Honeywell's intellectual property for the manufacture, repair, and distribution of various avionics products. This strategic move is expected to enhance ISSC's capabilities in providing integrated cockpit avionics solutions and strengthen its position in the aviation market. The second agreement focuses on Honeywell's power generator systems, further expanding ISSC's operational capabilities in the defense and commercial aircraft sectors. Both agreements include customary representations and warranties, as well as mutual indemnification obligations. The completion of these acquisitions is anticipated to significantly bolster ISSC's product offerings and market reach, aligning with its long-term strategy of enhancing operational execution and expanding its customer base in the aviation industry.
