On March 12, 2026, Global Payments Inc. announced the completion of a public offering of $1 billion in Senior Notes, consisting of $500 million of 4.550% Senior Notes due 2028 and $500 million of 5.400% Senior Notes due 2033. The proceeds will be used to repay existing debt.
