Conversely, the C&I segment will include the former International segment along with domestic C&I operations not included in the Residential segment. This segment will focus on global growth opportunities across various end markets, particularly in emergency backup power generators, mobile power generation, lighting products, battery energy storage systems, and related services.
The Company has indicated that the reorganization aligns with how its chief operating decision maker has assessed operating performance and allocated capital resources during the first quarter of fiscal 2026. Importantly, this reorganization will not impact the Company's historical consolidated financial position, results of operations, or cash flows.
