On March 26, 2026, Flowserve Corporation (the "Company") disclosed in its Form 8-K filing that Lamar Duhon has resigned from his position as President of the Flowserve Pumps Division ("FPD"). Duhon is set to leave the Company on April 10, 2026, to take on a new role as President & Chief Executive Officer of a privately held company. In conjunction with this leadership change, Flowserve has appointed Matthew Klopfer as the new President of FPD, effective April 11, 2026. Klopfer currently serves as the Vice President of Strategic Business Management for FPD and has a history of operational and financial leadership within the Company. Additionally, the Company announced that Scott Vopni, the Chief Accounting Officer, intends to retire on June 30, 2026. Flowserve has initiated a search for a permanent replacement for this role. If a successor is not found by Vopni's departure date, Amy Schwetz, the Chief Financial Officer, will serve as the interim Chief Accounting Officer until a permanent replacement is appointed. These changes reflect ongoing adjustments within the Company's leadership structure as it continues to navigate its operational strategies and market challenges.
