FirstSun Capital Bancorp and First Foundation Inc. announced they have received all necessary regulatory approvals to complete their merger. The Federal Reserve's approval follows prior approvals from the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and both companies' stockholders. The merger is expected to close on April 1, 2026.
