Duluth Holdings Inc. has amended employment agreements for CEO Stephanie L. Pugliese and Chairman Stephen L. Schlecht. Pugliese will receive an equity grant for fiscal 2026, while Schlecht's salary is reduced but extends his contract through 2028.
