Colgate-Palmolive Company has announced a strategic realignment of its reportable operating segments as part of its ongoing Strategic Growth and Productivity Program. This change, effective for the quarter ending March 31, 2026, aims to optimize and leverage the company's operating scale and drive growth within the Europe and Africa/Eurasia regions. The new structure will combine the results of the Europe and Africa/Eurasia segments (excluding Russia and Belarus) with the Skin Health business, which was previously part of the North America segment, to form a new Europe, Middle East, and Africa reportable operating segment. Additionally, Russia and Belarus will now be reported within the Asia Pacific segment. Importantly, this realignment will not impact the company's historical consolidated results of operations, financial position, or cash flows. To assist investors in understanding the implications of this change, Colgate-Palmolive has recast its historical geographic segment information to align with the new reporting structure. The recast financial information is included in Exhibit 99 of the filing, which contains detailed segment information for the years ended December 31, 2025, 2024, and 2023, as well as for the three months ending March 31, 2025, and the six months ending June 30, 2025. This proactive measure reflects the company's commitment to transparency and effective communication with its stakeholders.
