Pham's extensive experience includes a successful tenure at Laird Superfood, where he served as Chief Revenue and Marketing Officer, and prior roles at Golf Digest and Ralph Lauren Corporation. His appointment comes at a pivotal time for Byrna, as the company aims to expand its reach in consumer, private security, and law enforcement markets. The strategic focus will include enhancing brand strategy, distribution, and customer acquisition initiatives.

The company has also outlined a comprehensive compensation package for Pham, which includes an annual base salary of $380,000, eligibility for a short-term incentive program with a target of 80% of his base salary, and a long-term incentive equity grant valued at no less than $380,000. This package reflects Byrna's commitment to retaining top talent and aligning executive compensation with long-term shareholder value.
