Braemar Hotels & Resorts Inc. has announced the extension of its Advisory Agreement with Ashford Inc. and Ashford Hospitality Advisors LLC for an additional ten-year term. This decision, communicated through a written notice on March 31, 2026, allows the advisory relationship to continue until January 24, 2037. The extension is in accordance with Section 12.2 of the Advisory Agreement, which grants the Advisor the right to extend the agreement for up to seven successive ten-year terms. The terms and conditions of the agreement will remain unchanged during this extended period, although there is a provision for renegotiation of fees as outlined in Section 6.6 of the Advisory Agreement. This move is expected to provide stability and continuity in the management of the company's assets, which could positively influence investor confidence and market perception.
