On March 12, 2026, AT&T Inc. successfully closed the sale of CAD$1.25 billion of 4.500% Global Notes due 2036 and CAD$1 billion of 5.250% Global Notes due 2056. The issuance was facilitated through an Underwriting Agreement with major financial institutions.
