American Shared Hospital Services (ASHS) has announced the execution of Amendment Two to its Proton Beam Radiation Therapy Lease Agreement with Orlando Health, Inc. This amendment, effective March 13, 2026, extends the lease term for an additional seven years, from April 6, 2026, to April 5, 2033. The lease payment terms during this extended period will be based on a technical component collection percentage, which will decrease during certain twelve-month periods. The amendment also includes provisions for Orlando Health to purchase the leased equipment at the end of the lease term, along with obligations for maintenance and insurance coverage. This strategic move is expected to enhance ASHS's operational execution and maintain its competitive position in the healthcare market.
